English Trainer – Outsourcing Contract

LGEDV conducts core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle

As member of HRD team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Design & contribute the lessons plan, curriculum & materials adapt with learner levels.
- Adapt prescribed lesson plans when necessary based on the learners’ needs.
- Deliver dynamic and communicative lessons that are effective and engaging to the learners
(class/ group/ 1:1).
- Share academic materials and resources as needed.
- Complete periodic professional development tasks during your term of employment.
- Act as an interpreter in meetings when needed.
- Undertake essential administrative tasks, such as keeping up-to-date records of work, classroom
registers, lesson plans, assessments, etc. as directed by HRD leader.
- Support other HRD activities and projects when necessary

.*** General requirements

- BA degree in English or related areas;
- IELTS overall from 7.5, speaking at least 7.5.
- At least 02 years of working experience in English training;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Vietnamese;
- Well organized, resourceful and ability to handle multi-tasks;
