On August 23, 2023, one of our team received a phone call or a tip that, Francis
Villanueva a wanted person for pushing an illegal drugs. One of our member verified
the tip and it turns positive. The team conducted a surveillance for 5 days where he
followed and gathered more information about the suspect. The suspect full name is
Francis “dodong” Villanueva, 25 years old, single, unemployed. He lives at Brgy. San
Jose Puerto Princesa City.
On August 26, 2023, the team had a meeting and planned. One of the member which is
the intelligent officer became the poseur-buyer he will pretend to be a civilian and will
buy illegal drugs to the suspect
On September 01, 2023 at 11:45 Pm at Brgy. San Jose, the poseur-buyer and the suspect
will meet in the location that the suspect choose. On the ither hand, the PDEA is in Alert
and ready to arrest the suspect. The two meet in the meeting location and when the
suspect finally touch the money, it isbtje go signal. For the PDEA to move because the
marked money was touched by the suspect and it can be used as evidence. He was
arrested along with the evidences that can be used against him such as money, phone,
knife, 4 packs of alleged dangerous drugs and marked money.

The suspect was arrested in violation of RA 9165. The operation is successful and the
suspect is convicted.
