1. First of all the students will be able to
understand the topics which is going to
be taught.
2. To enable students to acquire various
knowledge about the aims of arrival of
European traders to India particularly
East India Company and its impact on
socio-economic, politico-administrative
and cultural domains in INDIA during the
colonial period.
3. Enable students to understand the
concept of COLONIAL and its
implications.
4. The Students will be able to know
about survey and mapping undertaken
by the BRITISH EAST INDIA COMPANY.
5. The students will be able to understand
the IDEALS OF SECULARISM IN INDIA and
other Democratic Countries of the
World.
6. The students will be able to know
about the aims and objectives of Indian
Secularism; etc.

a. Periodisation of the Indian history?
b. Importance of Record Keeping by
the British East India Company.
c. Aims and Objectives of the Indian
Secularism?

1. The students will collect different
pictures of court scenes, Governor
General Photographs, important battles
picture etc. from School Library and they
will display them in the class.

other Countries Secularism.
