It marks the destination when verb-movement is used.

It marks the ending point (place or time) in the sentence.
で 10時まで おわります。 I will end until 10 o’clock.
PNB の ぎんこうは 3時まで です。 PNB bank is open until 3 o’clock.
6時から 9時まで べんきょう します。 I study from 6 o’clock until 9 o’clock.

It marks the object directly involve in the action (Verb-
transitive).
が *”But” marker

ね A sentence ender:
*Add to the last part of the sentence to show empathy.
よ Sentence ender:
*Used to emphasize infromation which the lister does
not know

あした どこで ともだちに あいますか。 Where will you meet your friend tomorrow?
=あした えきで あいます。 = Tomorrow, I will meet my friend in the train station.
いつも どこで ひるごはんを たべますか。
=いつも きょうしつで たべます。 Where do you always eat lunch?
= I eat always in the classroom.
だれ(に・から) この はなを もらいましたか。 From whom did you receive this flowers?
= かれしに もらいました。 = I got it from my boyfriend.
だれ(に・から) えいごを ならいしたか。
From whom did you learn English?
= Maria せんせいに ならいました。
だれ(に・から) おかねを かりましたか。 = I learned it from Teacher Maria.
= おにいさんに かりました。 From whom did you borrow money?
= I borrowed from my brother.
どう How? (describe it using an adjectives)

Clerk:はい、どうぞ。 Clerk:Yes, here it is.
Maria:これは いくら ですか。 Maria:How much is this?
Clerk:5000ペソ です。 Clerk:It’s 5000 pesos.
Maria:じゃ、これを ください。 Maria:Well, I’ll take this.
