Private Directive

Purpose:
The following directive aims to lay the groundwork for development of advanced technology in
space warfare, something which will be much needed not just in the coming years but also to
prevent any damage on US soil prior to the evacuation of citizens.
We will also be developing technologies meant to give us the edge in space exploration in the future
as well since life will inevitably perish from Earth

Proposed Actions:
Any and all actions in this directive will be extremely secretive since they are in direct violation of
multiple international treaties related to arms proliferation and also involve elements of espionage:
Here is what you are supposed to do:
1. It is within our power to increase the budget of all space related activities: Unbind any and all
budget limits on NASA, the US Military’s Space Wing and the US Space Force as well as their
respective RnD departments. This will be done by getting a resolution passed in Congress. Call
upon our Congress Whip and senior congressional officials from all parties and hold a meeting
with them and the President to convince them of the importance of this measure for the safety of
America. They will undoubtedly agree since there is also a demand in the public for action
against rogue individuals escaping into space which automatically increases the power of the
Presidency for radical action
2. Once that is done, the President will authorize the initiation of a highly secretive weapons
development program ‘Operation Limit Breaker’ in Area 51, Dugway proving Ground and
Area 6. Their secretive nature will be protected by the following actions:
a. Jammers to be installed that block any form of communication at a radius of 8 miles from
the facilities.
b. Sniper nests to be created at various spots at varying distances from the facilities with the
purpose of identifying any spies/lurkers wanting to look at what is happening inside of
the facilities. Every nest itself will be given cover by another nest to prevent any sort of
potential ambush. Snipers will be given ghillie suits which match the surrounding terrain
to camouflage themselves.
c. Employees/engineers that work inside of the facilities and know of the newly instated
program will not be allowed outside of the facility at any cost. Any form of
communications they have whether through phone, laptop or otherwise will be monitored
without their consent/knowledge to prevent any mole from entering our top secret
facilities. All the employees must have worked inside a US government program in the
past to establish their trustworthiness. High level executives who know of the program
and have to leave the facilities from time to time will have their movements kept track off
 by CIA/DIA agents who will not the nature of their assignment, just that they have to
watch for any suspicious behavior
d. Any visitors or civilians will not be allowed within 30 miles of the facilities until further
notice and the area will be cordoned off
3. Inside of the facilities, the following technologies will be developed in order of importance:
a. Ignition for nuclear fusion has been already achieved in the past. To develop sustained
fusion for applications in engines for faster speeds in space, gather all the engineers who
worked on fusion ignition previously and pair them with expertise of Russian engineers
whom we will kidnap from Russia since they have already achieved progress in the field
of fusion (to be detailed in another directive)
b. Revival of the development of the Lockheed Martin X33 military plane along with
continued development of X37-B military space plane with focus on offensive
capabilities
c. Development of Particle Beam weapons – following is how they will work:
i. It would essentially be composed of two parts: a power source and an
accelerating tunnel. It would use its power source to accelerate electrons,
protons or hydrogen atoms through the tunnel, which would focus these
charged particles into a beam that would be fired at the target.
ii. The primary hurdle in this weapon is creating a power source light
enough to put in space and simultaneously produce immense amounts of
megawatts of beam power. Once we bypass the fusion hurdle and
achieve sustained fusion, this problem will be solved and we will have a
destructive weapons system we can use in space
d. Development of Space based laser architecture. Such a technology will possess
unique capabilities against ballistic missiles. The purpose is to develop lasers that can be
used in satellites and objects in orbit to increase their offensive capability.
4. Once these technologies will be developed, we will be able to apply it practically into our
spaceships and pursue the next step of our plan, which is establishing a base on Mercury
belonging only to the USA which will serve as a base to guarantee our economic interests in
space.
