Greetings of peace!

The Second-Year students Bachelor of Science in Social Work of the Cotabato Foundation College of
Science and Technology (CFCST) will be interviewing a Social Work Practitioners for them to identify the
programs and services offered by your agency.

This is a part of their course requirement in SWPP 221- Social Welfare Policies, Programs and
Services. The course will help the students analyze social welfare policies, programs and services, and
institutions in the public and private sectors such as government agencies, non-governmental
organizations, people’s organizations, faith-based organizations, corporate foundations and their
implications to the practice of social. It also deals on how the social welfare perspectives and policies
influences the nature of programs, services and functions of social workers.

In connection to the above statement, the undersigned would like to ask permission to allow our students to
interview social workers in your agency to help the students understand their profession and become
knowledgeable in handling future clients as social workers.
