A+ Brand Story Quick Start Guide

Showcase your brand’s unique story and highlight aspects of your brand customers
can connect with it, to keep them coming back.

What is Brand Story?

Brand Story is a feature that allows brands to showcase
more than just their product. It’s visible on the detail page
under ‘From the Brand,’ and is a space that enables you to
tell consumers the story behind the brand. You even have the
option to highlight other product lines, link to other product
detail pages, and to your Amazon brand store. It’s a truly
flexible content space where you can create some engaging
content for customers.

How does Brand Story work

with A+ Content?
The Brand Story is meant to complement A+ Content. A+
Content focuses on product information to drive sales, while
Brand Story allows you to expand the consumer’s knowledge of
your brand and provides more cross-sell opportunity for your
other products. You do not have to have A+ Content created
on your ASINs to create Brand Story, but we recommend using
both Brand Story and A+ Content together to maximize your
brand’s presence on the detail page.

How to create a Brand Story
Brand Story is accessed in the A+ Content Manager just like
basic A+ Content, and utilizes the same workflow to create,
edit, add ASINs, and submit content.

1. Advertising > A+ Content Manager.

2. Choose ‘Start Creating A+ Content.’

3. Choose ‘Brand Story.’

4. Add images and text to the ‘Brand Carousel Background’:

• Add modules (minimum of 1 is required, maximum of 19).
• Apply Brand Store ID (this links to your Amazon store).

5. Add ASINs.

6. Submit for review and publish.
