Christmas Dance Jingle

Guidelines

1. The contest is open to all high school students of Merry Child School
2. The Jingle must be an original composition.
3. The content of the jingle must be lively, appealing and creative.
4. The use of offensive and rude words is strictly prohibited
5. The Christmas Dance Jingle must be 3 minutes minimum and 5 minutes
maximum in time

Christmas Tree Contest

Guidelines

1. This contest is open for all grade level of Merry Child School
2. The tree must not be lower than 6 and higher that 8 feet tall
3. Participants can use any kinds of decorations
4. Participants can apply decorations like gift boxes, santa clause,
raindeers, or snowman to add more decorations but it is only the tree
that will be judged
5. This competiton will be by category. Category A (JK/SK, G1,G2,G3)
Category B (G4,G5,G6) Category C (G7,G8,G9) Category D
(G10,G11,G12)

Acoustic Band Christmas Battle

Guidelines

1. This is open for all high school students of Merry Child School
2. Each participant should have a one Christmas song, it could be English
or tagalog
3. Instruments that participant can use is only guitar, piano and beatbox.
No drums since it is a acoustic battle.

Trashion Show (Christmas Theme) – for Elementary

Guidelines

1. This competition is only for Elementary level grades Junior and Senior
Kinder, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3
2. The materials should be 100% recyclable materials.
3. The designers will talk about the material used while the model is
having his/her walk.

Christmas Bazaar – for Elementary

Guidelines

1. This is open to all grade Elementary level of Merry Child School


2. Participants can sell any products
3. Half of the total profit of the said event will be donated to the poor
families in Cagayan de Oro
4. The winner will be judged in the criteria below

Gift Giving “Yuletide Joy Deliveries – Merry Child’s Gift Giving Project”

The essence of Christmas transcends the mere exchange of gifts or the


adorned evergreen trees that grace our homes during the season. It is a
profound and magical time when hearts are stirred, and the air is filled with
an intangible sense of warmth and joy. Christmas, at its core, is a celebration
that goes beyond cultural and religious boundaries, touching the souls of
people around the world. As we navigate the hustle and bustle of the holiday
season, Merry Child School will be having a “Give a gift” to the poor families
