Additional Notes

1.
The Daily Progress Report (AV-DPR-F01) shall be prepared either daily or weekly as dictated in the General Deliverables (AV-GD-F01).
The On-Site Manager/ Project Engineer/ Contracts Manager/ Project Manager shall complete the report.

Where the On-Site Manager/ Project Engineer completes the report, the Contracts Manager/ Project Manager shall review prior to
submission to Technical Manager.

2.
Report shall be submitted to the Technical Manager of the reporting station.

3.
Technical Manager reviews completeness and content of the report. Any additional information is requested so revised report can be
produced and submitted.

4 and 5.
Any issues or concerns to be resolved. If required forward to Chief Operating Officer for review.

6.
Discussion to take place so that the issues or concerns can be resolved. This may involve a revised report to reflect the adoption of
controls.

7.
Progress shall be monitored, ensuring smooth consistency of Project and achieving milestones to allotted timescale.
