Key Responsibilities: As the Client Services Officer, you are the contact between the company
customers and business. You will also provide administrative Support and daily operations of
the company.
Develop effective communication platforms (i.e. Email, Telephone, social media, website
or traditional media) for clients and employees in the organization
Conduct service and product presentation for prospective and existing clients
Engage in Marketing activities and campaigns, by communicating and selling the
company’s product and services.
Clearly understand and communicate the company’s products and services effectively to
clients
Constant interactions with clients through Email, Telephone or face to face meetings
Monitor and Measure Client satisfaction, and report problems if any to the Management.
Attend programs, trade fairs, seminars and business meetings that relate with the
company product and services models.
Manage the Office supplies and inform management promptly on the office budget.
Effective manage all correspondence, such as letters, emails and package deliveries.
Ensure the Office is Clean, properly arranged and ready for the daily activities.
Carry out all administrative and clerical role necessary for effective office management
Schedule and organize in house and external events for the company
Oversee and Manage Social media content, and monitor the website activities.
Create and manage the company’s social media presence on major social media
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, customized email marketing, Twitter etc.)
Develop, implement and manage the company social media strategy
Use social media marketing tools effectively that will lead to growth in business Sales
Work closely with other marketing and Sales teams to improve product development and
clients’ satisfaction
Create appealing, valuable and creative digital content for social media, consistent with
meaningful content, writing and editing social media post that will attract clients to the
company products and services
Increase the company’s online visibility, marketing and Sales efforts, that also promotes
customer engagement and brand awareness.
Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and suggest
recommendations to adjust the social media marketing for optimal results
Use social media analytical tool like Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram insights
to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
Contribute to the growth and profit margins of the company.
Identify new market, generate leads and follow through with cold calls and other
marketing activities to meet the company sales goals
Act as the Executive Assistant while on official meetings and assignment with the
MD/CEO by taking phone calls, writing minutes of meetings, creating invoices, preparing
financial statements etc.
Perform other duties that may be required by the management towards the development
and growth of the company.
