Outline of Christmas Events

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM ( December 9, 2022 )

Activities for the said program:

• Mr. And Ms. Christmas Symbol

( A form of pageant highlighting Christmas Symbol as Costumes.)

> 1-2 pair per Grade level

> Requesting for a committee with such expertise to handle the said Pageant.

• Christmas Carol

( A form of competition by grade level )

> Should have 30 participants per grade level

> Should meet the following criteria for judging

•Classroom Christmas Decor Contest

( A form of competition in every Classroom )

> Judging Day: December 6, 2022

> Declaration of winners will be on the said program

GUIDELINES FOR THE Christmas Carol

1. The competition is by grade level.

2. List of participants will be submitted on November 18, 2022.

3. Carollers must consist of 30 members only with accompaniment or A capella

(included of conductor and instrumentalists if applicable).

4. The participating carollers can be consist of students or teachers.

5. The carollers or choir may perform any carols or medley (English and Filipino
only). All songs must be memorized.

6. No repetition of chosen song entries.

7. The presentation shall not exceed 10 minutes time inclusive of entrance and
exit. (A timer shall be appointed for the purpose of deduction of two (2) points
for every excess minute will be imposed.

8. The theme of the presentation, including costume and choreography of

performer is left to the discretion of the choral group based on their own
interpretation of a known Christmas songs or own composition.

9. All Carollers are prohibited from using inflammable materials such as fireworks
or pyrotechnics. A ten (10) points deduction shall be imposed against the group
that violates the provision.
