The content of this local amendment applies to all industrial cleaning works performed on the territory of
OMV PETROM SA, Arpechim and Petrobrazi refineries.
11. Technical conditions
11.1 Services of the CU

The CU will not provide steam for industrial cleaning works.
11.2 General Services of the CO

The following service of the CO is to be included in the unit prices (without special remuneration):
- preparation of reception documentation
Documentation for reception has to be submitted to CU for verification and approval within maximum 3
working days from the work finalization.
12. Fixed Price Services/Subsidiary Arpechim
Prices should include all following points:
- All cleaning auxiliary technical means

- Obtaining all necessary work authorizations
- Completion of works report (Returning work authorizations to the measuring/ control station)
- Discharge of residuums within PETROM premises
