1. Introduction

This document has the target of providing a tool capable to assure the handling and transport of heat
exchanger bundles, distribution chambers, and other parts between the Units and the cleaning
area. .

Key objectives are to:

• minimize the number of times the spares changes custody


• ‘benchmark’ spare condition at each change of custody
• focus the efforts of key supervision and specially skilled craft on efficient and proper rigging, handling and
transport of spares
• optimize the use of rigging, lifting and transport equipment
• have one organization for proper handling and cleaning of spares when it leaves the unit
• have one organization responsible for integrating and meeting spares cleaning priorities of the different
units.

2. Process flow

The individual Field Coordinator is responsible to ensure his priorities are reflect them in the schedule for the unit
according to Production request.
However, as the unit work progresses and conditions change in the Field, he is responsible to communicate his
changes in priorities to the to the overall Petrobrazi Washing Coordinator (To Be Determined).
The priorities will be established in accordance with the TAR time line.

Labeling will take place according to requested process flow.

Other responsibilities are defined in cleaning area flow chart.
