NARRATIVE REPORT

Title: Awarding of Certificate of Recognition to BWIS Stakeholders

Date: November 18, 2022
Venue: Barangay Hall

Banaba West Integrated School extends its appreciation to the stakeholders and to those who expressed
their utmost support and commitment towards offering education opportunities to our learners amidst the
global health crisis.

We are highly grateful to our partners and leaders who are with us ensuring the safety of our learners,
teachers and parents during this difficult times. This overwhelming support gave us the opportunity to
recognize those people behind the success of some programs and projects launched by the school.

On the 18th of November year 2021, the school head Dr. Lilibeth M. Virtus together with Mrs. Liedi Brigette
S. Untiveros, Mr. Marcelo B. Aguda and Mr. Bener C. Delgado visited the Barangay Chairman of Barangay
Banaba West, Banaba South, Banaba East, Banaba Center, Kaingin San Pascual and Balagtas. The said
Barangay were the partners of the school and shown support to each school activity.

The certificate of recognition was personally delivered to the awardees. Hon. Maria C. Rubia, the Barangay
Chairman of Banaba West was the first to receive the award followed by Mrs. Imelda Benzon, former GPTA
President of BWIS. The next place visited was headed by Hon. Marciano Ilagan, Barangay Chairman of
Sta. Rita. The third place visited was Banaba South headed by Hon. Mario Due. The certificate for Banaba
Center, Banaba East and Kaingin were delivered separately by Mr. Bener C. Delgado and Mr. Marcelo B.
Aguda. And the last place was Barangay Balagtas headed by Hon. Minda Untiveros. All the certificates
were successfully delivered and given to the stakeholders.
