STOP WORK AUTHORITY

At Sapura Energy, we empower everyone to exercise their own STOP WORK AUTHORITY (SWA) without fear of
retribution, regardless of their position or company. SWA allow us to STOP WORK when a perceived unsafe act,
condition or behaviour may result in danger to person(s), equipment or the environment

We understand that some situations are confusing and might be perceived unsafe when in fact they are not,
but it is better to STOP, CHECK & VERIFY for assurance, rather than to TAKE the RISK of having an incident.

See it! Own it! Stop! Better To Be Safe Than Sorry.
