 Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring (S1) in Economics
 Minimum 3 years work experience in the same position
 Conscientious, has a willingness to learn and collaborate in a team
 Have good communication and analytical skills
 Computer Literary (Office, Ms excel, Ms Word, Power Point) and familiar with
ERP/SAP program.
 Working days Monday-Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Campaign Planning: Develop marketing strategies and plans for Indofood's


various product lines, which can include food and beverage brands.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals,


ensuring that they are aligned with the company's marketing goals and
objectives.
3. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Indofood's various
products and brands.
4. Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including
advertisements, social media posts, website content, and promotional materials
for Indofood products.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns
and analyze data to measure their effectiveness.
6. Product Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote
specific Indofood products and brands, considering the unique selling points and
target audience for each.
7. Vendor and Agency Management: If Indofood works with external marketing
vendors or agencies, the Marketing Supervisor may be responsible for managing
those relationships and ensuring they deliver as per the agreements.
8. Brand Management: Ensure that Indofood's branding guidelines are adhered to
across all marketing materials and channels.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product
development, and distribution, to ensure that marketing efforts align with the
overall business objectives.
10. Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle marketing crises, public relations
issues, or negative feedback effectively to protect the reputation of Indofood's
brands.
