I am excited to submit my application for the MSC campaign customer service post at EOH. In my 1 years
experience in customer service, I have always strived to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring
customers are satisfied with the resolution and are willing to recommend the company to their friends
and family. I have always made sure that I proactively listen to customers an help them resolve their
issues in a timely manner.
In my prior experience as a customer service agent at CCI and Quantanite I gained a lot of experience,
including:
I constantly produced exceptional results of solving 30-50 customer issues per day. I would solve these
issues either via chat, calls, ticket an cases depending on the daily line of business. Among my peers I am
the brain of the group and I am a lively person, I am usually the one that my friends go to for advice. I
am a young hard-working lady who always strives to learn new things, I am a fast learner and I am
always looking to better myself.
I understand that as a customer service agent it is my responsibility to make sure that the company’s
customers have a great experience that will contribute to them remaining loyal to the company because
of the exceptional experience that they receive. I plan on assisting the company in ensuring that they
meet their mission of retaining happy customers. My strong wish is to grow with the company and learn
a great deal of things from working as a customer service agent for the MSC campaign.
