1. After check the last

tube by radiography,
inside boiler. All scaffoldings & chain
[Progress: 90%]. blocks removed then
the manhole closed for
the finishing
superheater. All the
boiler manholes closed

2 The valve dismantled &

Check the internal of found the plug need to
the valve lapping so it lapped
with lath machine, the
2SVA1009VA-.
valve tested by blue test
[Progress: 90%]. & replaced the backing.
The valve was mantled

3 Dissemble & The crack between the

inspection for seat & the valve casing
Turbine main stop preheated then welded,
valve MSV the weld tested with
[Progress: 50%]. NDT & accepted by
Toshiba expert

1. The air pre-heater After check the air heater
overhaul it found some cracks
[Progress: 50%]. inside the heater by the
expert, the cracks
repaired by welding
under supervision of
Howden expert
2 Change the lower The motor was
bearings for the disconnected, the crane
recirculation pump lift up the crane &
motors downloaded at the
[Progress: 50%]. ground. The motor
bearings will replace
tomorrow

3 Repair air line of There is pipe found

FRM system. damaged over the
[Progress: 90%]. sootblower of the boiler,
so it replaced by new
pipe & welded

4 Safety shut off The valve dismantled

5 Major overhaul for The pump was

assembled, then it
1CEX2200PO- pump.
installed in it’s place

Any Findings/Major Issue that needs to be highlighted/followed up with EDRA management.

 The expert inspected the air pre-heater & found four cracks in the welding of the
housing wall, the cracks repaired by welding under supervision of the howden expert.
