Journal 4

Lately, I have been feeling burnt out. With work and school, I am honestly only trying to pass, as I cannot
put anymore in than what I have. On the bright side though, I have a plan for summer to improve myself.
I plan to work and train to be able to bartend during the year, lift with Ian and do CrossFit, HITT
workouts, and bodybuilding workouts. I want to just relax and run and walk outside during summer and
listen to music. I plan to meditate again and read improvement books and get more in touch with my
Christianity. And I also want to play piano again. The biggest thing is though that I want to find a way to
fit all of these things in my schedule permanently, and not just during summer when I am not busy.
