ASINGAN, Pangasinan -- The municipality of Asingan will

showcase once again native rice delicacies on April 28 in its 8th


Kankanen Festival.
The Kankanen Festival was launched in 2011 but was stopped
due to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
"Kankanen” is a Pangasinan word which means native rice
delicacies or sweet products made of sticky rice such as "biko"
and "suman".
Residents of Asingan are mostly into agriculture,especially rice
planting.

What happened?
A student noticed that she lost her phone when she rides a pedicab , but Narry
Alfruto didn’t think twice and surrendered the phone to the owner.

at Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan.
