    Please submit all activities regarding PMC's instructions in HSE Monthly meeting:
    1- Scaffolding Instructions- (Provide Scaff tag)
    2- Lifting operation must comply lifting procedures- (Lifting plan, signalman, lifting supervisor,
    barricades, and Signages)
    3-Hot Work must comply hot work procedures (provide Fire blanket, gloves, fire warden, fire
    extinguisher, face Shields...)
    4-Heavy equipment inspection daily photos reports- Both Airfield and PTB (submit heavy equipment
    inspection activity photos to this group chat)
    5-Housekeeping- (Provide housekeeping team photos, manpower and cleaning activity, toilet maintenance
    team and activity photos)
    6- Hard barricades installation- (provide manpower of the team and activity photos in this group chat)
    7- PTW Inspection activities (HH basement and ATCT)
    8- TBM Reports and photos all areas- (Airfield and PTB)

    please execute promptly without delay. And follow up and monitor your activities closely.
