    To release the security cheque for fit-out works, the following documents must be provided: 1) original Deyaar security cheque receipt, 2) Tecom fit-out completion certificate, 3) fire alarm works completion certificate, and 4) fire fighting works completion certificate. If fire alarm or fire fighting assistance is needed, contact the listed maintenance engineer. A developer letter is also required if no modifications were made, along with copies of DEWA and chilled water security deposits. Once documents are submitted, Facilities Management will inspect for snags before releasing the security cheque.

    Fit-out Cheque Release Procedure

    Please find below the list of documents to be provided in for the release of the security
    cheque;
    1. Original Deyaar Security Cheque Receipt
    2. Copy of Tecom Fit-out Completion Certificate
    3. Copy of Fire Alarm Works Completion Certificate (Al Arabia)*
    4. Copy of Fire Fighting Works Completion Certificate (Al Arabia)*

    *If any assistance is required please coordinate with Tower Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting AMC

    In the event that no modification has taken place please submit the Developer letter of
    non-modification.
    5. Copy of Owner’s DEWA Security Deposit
    6. Copy of Occupant Chilled Water Security Deposit
    Please note that once the documents are submitted Facilities Management will conduct a
    snag at the concerned premises.
    Upon clearing of FM snags the security cheque will be released.
