Position: HR Intern

Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/BS (HR)
Experience: Fresh graduate/Last year students with weekend or evening classes

Responsibilities:
▪ Support Training Lead in in designing and execution of Learning assessment and conducting
sessions
▪ Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
▪ Assist in creating internal communications to promote engagement initiatives.
▪ Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills related to engagement and
organizational development.
▪ Build connections with internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute engagement and
communications
▪ Operationally improvise the Learning and engagement activities and streamline the work
process management

Location: Karachi
Stipend: Market Compatible
