CANTORSPACE
1. Will the front-end development of the platform hinder our aspirations to shoot in June

2023?

No.

2. As CantorSpace’s flagship project, will we, in reality, sidestep the requirement for the

system to be fully operational? That is to say, that we’ll be retro-added to the platform?

We will endeavour or best to include you in a functional platform; so, there should

be no need to retro-add you.

3. Is the tech already in place to create a fully functioning CDAO?

Should be ready by Jan, 2023.

4. Can we reserve the right to pull the project and seek funding elsewhere if we do not

achieve funding by a certain date.

Yes.

5. What does the Smart Contract look like? Can we add milestones?

The smart contract will definitely be milestone based for disbursal of funds. We

will create those milestones in consultation with you; hence you will get to see the

smart contract once it is being prepared.

6. If CantorSpace does not work for HEROIC, can we reserve the right to pull the project

altogether?

Yes.

7. If the CantorSpace model requires a large community to vote. When will that community

be in place, to what size? or will we bypass that as a “kickoff’ project.Or is this even

relevant to HEROIC?
 There is a possibility that a large enough voting community may not be in place

for your project. In that case, we will have to bypass the community voting and let

investors (in our platform) decide on the funding.

8. Will the stable of investors be in place (or when will they be in place) to ensure we’re

able to pursue the project in a timely manner?

We will endeavour our best to get some investors onboard by Feb, 2023.

9. Can you confirm that we’ll be able to release the film through existing channels, not just

the CantorSpace delivery platform?

Yes, you are free to do so, though we may insist on non-exclusive TVOD rights for

our Cloud Cineplex.

10. What is CantorSpace’s fee from this process and how will it be collected in light of any

special circumstances?

The gas fees would be minimal. Depending on the extent of our involvement and

support, we are likely to take a small income-share percentage in the CDAO.
