It is my great pleasure to recommend my former student, Sean Benesh, for employment at your
facility. I had the opportunity to be Sean’s professor in his second semester of nursing school, both in
the classroom and also in the clinical setting, as his Pediatric Clinical Professor. Sean stood out to me as
highly motivated with an immense amount of knowledge during his clinical rotation.

From the moment I observed Mr. Benesh in the clinical setting, I immediately knew how
wonderful of a nurse he is going to be, as he demonstrated this early on in our course. Sean is
passionate, hard-working, giving and positively receptive to all feedback given to him by his professors.
Sean was organized and exhibited professionalism while in the clinical setting, while continuously
making his patients feel comfortable.

Personally, I was able to observe Sean’s skills and knowledge on various pediatric units, in which
his calmness and ability to critically think was obvious. One strength Sean will bring to your team is his
communication skills and ability to welcome feedback and learn from all opportunities. As Sean remains
a future nurse in training, he strives and is committed to finding a balance between his great attention
to detail and managing time when taking care of various tasks at once. He works very well as a team
player and is always looking for new opportunities to learn and progress his critical thinking.
