    Dear Bro. Harold,

    Fraternal Greetings!

    We received a complaint letter from Batangas Chapter dated 26 th of August. This stated that you did not
    properly endorse all your obligations to the chapter and purposely neglected it after you step down
    from your post as a Grand Triskelion.

    Relevant to this, the Judicial Council is summoning you to please cooperate and report to Batangas
    Chapter officers and members within this week to clarify and resolve this issue.

    Non-compliance will be dealt accordingly.
