1.Based from the various meanings of the curriculum leadership that the experts
espoused, give the definition of creative educational. Leadership in your own words...

Answer: For me Creative Educational Leadership refers to a creative and well-thought-out


response to opportunities. Creative Leaders also provide the conditions, the environment, and
the chances for people to achieve their goals. A profound personal commitment to the
curriculum is required for creative curriculum leadership in terms of both what is taught and
how it is taught. The principal/administrator of the school must be able to manage external and
internal constraints by integrating curriculum, instruction, and assessment into a single system
to propose a creative answer to the dilemma of school. They also assist teachers' professional
development opportunities should be maximized.

2. Based from your observations, what are the initiatives of your school head that will
concritize tthe paradigm in creative curriculum leadership that we have discussed?

Answer:Some of our school's initiatives, in my opinion, are to increase the quality of education,
train teachers to use a variety of ways and methods and strategies for professional
development and progress through seminars and workshops, improve school infrastructure,
participation of parents and stakeholders in the activities of the school.
