Conclusion

In this part, The Automated Gate Pass Log Monitoring System with QR Code and

Face Recognition. was successfully developed using the SDLC Agile Model Method. The

phases of the SDLC Agile Model were effectively implemented to create a functional

AGPLMS.

Information and issues were collected from brainstorming sessions and informal

conversations to determine the requirements of the system. The system design has been

successfully implemented by the proponents to make it much easier for the Security and

Admin of Universidad de Manila officials to operate their everyday lifestyle and for the

visitors to minimize the time spent of entering premises and waiting to request appointment.

The code has been thoroughly tested and no errors have been found. Following the program's

completion, the proponents embarked on a comprehensive testing phase to uncover and

resolve any underlying bugs or errors. A beta testing program was initiated, enlisting the

participation of selected which is visitors, security, faculty and IT practitioner to evaluate the

system's functionality and identify areas for improvement. To enhance the system's

effectiveness, a feedback loop was established, with suggestions and recommendations from

Universidad de Manila Specially of visitors being actively considered and implemented.

Recommendations

Recognition fulfilled the study's objectives and produced satisfactory results, as evidenced by

its successful implementation and effectiveness.

when detected faces of visitors by entering premises from face recognition using a web-based

system to make an easier to record. The system will provide an efficient way of releasing

unique QR code generated by the system. The Automated Gate Pass Log Monitoring System

with QR Code and Face Recognition will minimize the waiting time for requesting

appointment by accessing it online. It secures the visitors confidential records, and easily
