The sun is the main source of heat


and light; it can provide many benefits
for us. However, the sun’s heat and
light may also harm us. Later on, we
will talk about the harmful effects of
sun’s heat and light.
For now, let us first discuss the
beneficial effects of the sun’s heat and
light!

Did you know class that sunlight can


improve our moods?

That’s right! sunlight can improve our


moods because sunlight increase the
brain's release of a hormone called
serotonin. Serotonin helps to improve
our moods.
So class if you feel sad or lazy you may
soak under the morning light but
always remember class you can only
stay under the sun without protection
before 10 o’clock in the morning and
after 4o’clock in the afternoon.

So again, on what time can we stay


under the sun without protection? Before 10 in the morning and after 4

sure that we keep our animals stay

make soil to become very dry and may
crack, causing plants to die, making
farming impossible.
