Our story began amidst the turbulent year of 2020. However, that didn’t stop us from reaching for the stars and landing on the
moon. Starting our journey in September 2020, Avion Realty, a real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, was founded
by Mr.Ashraf Khan.

With over 15 years of real estate experience in the burgeoning metropolitan city of Dubai, Ashraf sought to share the
breadth of his experience by venturing out on his own to make his vision come true. Aided by a diverse multilingual
team of professionals, Ashraf brought to life Avion Realty, a company that aims to connect clients to their forever
homes and give investors a chance to share in the dream.

Mr. Ashraf Khan, the founder of Avion Realty, has been immersed in Dubai’s real estate market since 2006. Leaving the UK as a banker outbound
for Dubai, Ashraf found his calling when a chance encounter put him in the same elevator ride as the founder of a leading Real estate firm. He was
offered a job on the spot, and thus began his journey in real estate.

A young Ashraf started his climb through the echelons of real estate as a property consultant before he
was quickly promoted to sales manager, leading a team of 10. Eventually graduating to sales director,
Ashraf has successfully closed real estate deals worth more than 1 billion Dirhams, which garnered him
a shining reputation among his peers in the market. With over 15 years in the industry and an MBA
from Anglia Ruskin University, Ashraf has established strong connections with the city’s biggest
developers including Emaar, Dubai Properties, Meraas, and Damac.
