The Department of Trade and Industry through its Livelihood Seeding Program- Pangkabuhayan sa
Pagbangon at Ginhawa (LSP-PPG) program which aims to provide livelihood assistance to economic
sectors affected by fire and other calamities including armed conflicts. The PPG program is a post
disaster response mechanism to address the need for continued activities in the affected areas.

Last year, DTI- Misamis Oriental in coordination with your Negosyo Center distributed Fifty- One (51)
Livelihood Starter kits which consist of twenty- four (24) Rice Trading Livelihood Starter Kits, Twenty- Six
(26) Sari-Sari Store Livelihood Starter Kits and One (1) E-Loading Livelihood Starter Kits.

Related hereto, the Department of Trade and Industry and the Commission On Audit would like to
conduct the LSP-PPG Program Validation to the Fifty-One (51) beneficiaries who received the Livelihood
Starter Kits this coming October 13, 2023 at 10:30 am. In addition to this, we would like to request your
assistance in securing a covered venue that can accommodate the above- mentioned beneficiaries and
the COA auditors. We would also like to request the assistance of the Negosyo Center in setting up the
venue and to contact the recipients.
