SUMMARY: For your Final Report…


1. Use the official front page (letter head: follow sample page 9).
2. Use short sized bond paper 8.5” x11”
3. DO NOT USE PERSONAL PRONOUNS.
4. USE PASSIVE VOICE.

5. Your report must be handwritten using blue colored ink ball pen (do not use any
other colored ink).
6. Margin must be 1 inch on each side of bond paper.
7. Final report should be neat, clean and correct.
8. Do not fold and roll.
9. Do not write back to back.
10. Staple sheets together at the upper left side. Do not use scotch tapes, masking
tapes, paper clips or bull clips.
11. Plagiarism of final reports will not be tolerated. A rating of zero will be given for
plagiarized reports.
