Contract of Work

Agreement entered into as of 02/07/23 between Saboor Akram (hereinafter referred to as the
“Client”) as a representative of Booray and Maham Sohail (hereinafter referred to as the “Designer”)
with respect to the designs (hereinafter referred to as the “project”).

Description

The Designer agrees to create the Work in accordance to the following scope of work in 2 phases:
1. Branding
a. Initial Brand Personality
i. Logo Work
ii. Palette
iii. Logo Variations
iv. Brand typefaces
v. Brand Bible for future brand work the client continues to do with current or new
design team
2. Business Cards
i. Base design for business card
ii. Business card material decisions
iii. Card variations
iv. E Card
Client and designer may agree upon the set number of posts covering all the aforementioned
topics.

The Client may choose and prioritize items present in the aformentioned list according to their
timeline and the requirements of their business.

Due Date
The Designer agrees to deliver the Work after the signing of this agreement form, if the Client is to
provide reference, layouts, or specifications, they must do so before the creative process of the
designer.
Grant of Rights; Territories
The Designer reserves all rights to the artwork, including sketches, comps, or other preliminary
materials. Upon receipt of full payment, the Designer grants the Client the following rights for the
reproduction of the finished artwork: For use as:
1. Web design (for example)
2. Marketing for print, digital and social media
3. In the territory: Worldwide (or Pakistan, etc.)

Reservation of Rights
1. The Designer may include the Work in her portfolio of work.
2. The license for the Work cannot be given to a third party and can only be used by the Client’s
own company

Authorship Credit
Authorship credit in the name of the Designer shall accompany the Work when it is reproduced online
and in print.

Fee
Client agrees to pay the purchase price of 50,000 PKR for the usage rights granted.
The first part of payment is to be cleared before the commencement of the project and the remaining
amount is to be paid upon receiving the deliverables of the respected project.

Advances
At the time of signing this Agreement, the Client shall pay Designer 50% of the fee as an advance
against the total fee.

Revisions
Additional Revision charges do not apply to this project.

In Witness whereof, the parties hereto have signed this Agreement as of the date
first set forth above.
