Have you heard about frequency science?


Frequency by definition is the number of waves that pass a fixed point in unit time. But, I won’t
bother you with science and physics, not at this point. The term frequency is often applied to waves and
waves to vibrations. Everything in the universe is in motion. Even objects that seem stationary are
showing vibrations at different frequencies.
This applies to food as well.
What do I mean by that?
Do you feel lighter, more balanced and energized when you eat a certain type of food?
Vegetables for example? Well, you can feel it, because of the high vibrations that exist in these foods.
The food, which is nutrient-poor, will make you tired and unhappy. So please, choose your food wisely,
you know the saying “We are what we eat!”

Vegetables and fruits stand on the pedestal when we speak about the highest vibrational level
of food. So, here are five foods perfect for raising your energy.

 Lettuces and other green vegetables with leafs,


 Sprouts and beans,
 Fresh herbs,
 Nuts and seeds,
 All fresh fruits will boost your vibration too, especially blueberries. Blueberry is rich in
antioxidants, vitamins and other beneficial compounds, and is low in sugar.

Mix blueberries or other berries with banana (also high in vibration) in a raw salad, or blend
them in a smoothie and instantly you will feel a magical sensation.

Fruits and vegetables when they are fresh and organic have a healing power, because you
practically absorb their energy and give your body what it needs to be cleansed and thus it functions in
harmony with your mind. Processed foods have lost their natural energy, so try to avoid this food and
alcohol as well.

A study of Frenchman André Simoneton, an electromagnetic expert, published in 1949, showed


his experience with measuring electromagnetic waves in food and how they are correlated with human
health. He determined that in order for a human being to maintain optimal health, a vibration of 6,500
angstroms should be maintained. He created five food categories and concluded that the highest
vibration was in foods between 6,500 and 10,000 angstroms (these foods were raw, fresh and ripe fruit).

Also, you should keep in mind how you cook your food because it affects its vibrational levels.
Do not cook when you are sad or angry. Yes, I said that. Maybe this seems strange but amazingly, your
emotions have an effect on the taste of the food. Good appetite!

Frequency science and food are connected. Frequencies and vibrations are beneficial for our
vitality and health. High vibrational diet is necessary for long and energetic life. You cannot change your
diet for one day, but you can start today and incorporate these high vibration foods gradually. Over
time, you will feel much better and happier in your body.
