REMEMBER TO TAKE PHOTOS!!!!!!

8:45 - 9:15: Arrival & Bathroom


- Make sure students put their belongings in the coat room
- Hand out workbooks and have crayons ready for colouring in the studio

9:15 - 10:00
- Teacher and Student introductions
- Play game where students are in a circle and one by one say their name and a word
that starts with the same letter as their name
- If time play the west wind blows

10:00 - 10:20: Bathroom and hand washing


- Supervise students as they go to the washroom and wash hands
- Can colour in workbook

10:20 - 10:35: Snack Break


- Check students snack to make sure its camp appropriate
- Supply snacks if needed
- Students can colour in workbook if they don’t want to eat.
- Encourage to have a snack though!!

10:35 - 12:15: Continue games


- Play more west wind blows
- Parkbench
- Slow mo tag
- Night at the museum

11:45 - 12:15: Assistants lunch break

12:15 - 12:30: Bathroom and Hand washing


- Supervise students as they use washroom and wash hands
- Colouring time

12:30 - 1:00: Lead lunch break

12:15 - 12:45: Student Lunch Break


- Check lunches to make sure they are camp appropriate
- Assistant will supervise lunch while lead is on break
- Supply snacks if needed
- Colouring time when students finish eating

12:45 - 1:00pm: Prepare for outside time


- Make sure students are properly dressed for the weather
- If weather does not permit outside time play games inside
- Make to have all needed items for outside time

1:00 - 2:00: Walking to Park and Outdoor Break


- Buddy system!
- Give students space to play
- If invited participate with students
- Deliver basic first aid if needed
- Do headcounts every so often

2:00 - 2:15: Walking back to studio


- Do a headcount
- Make sure students have their buddy
- Get outdoor items put away once back at the studio

2:15 - 3:00:
- Quiet time (10-15 minutes)
- Put on some relaxing music during quiet time
- Students can colour during quiet time if wanted
- Cast roles during quiet time
- Read through script if there is time

3:00 - 4:00: Art time


- Start arcade machine backdrops
- Cut out shapes
- Paint designs on the arcade machines
- Clean up

4:00 - 4:15: Pack up & Home


- Make sure students have all their belongings
- Make sure students get picked up by their parent or guardian
- Wait till all students have been picked up

4:15 - 5:00: Studio clean and next day prep


- Prep art supplies for the next day
- Review next day lesson plan with assistant
