BACKGROUND

Born Talented is a reality programme aimed at raising talents of different


categories of people.

After realizing that Ugandans are talented but lack platforms, support and moral
boosting we decided to create this programme to give them platform to expose
their talents and link them to their role models for assistance.

MISSION

To raise and develop talents in different regions of uganda

VISION

Lobbying and advocacy

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

 To ensure that every one including those in the remote areas are boosted.
 To help talented people develop their talents through associating with their
role model.
 Eradicate poverty through creating income generating activities and
culture of saving among the members. This will be done by creating
projects like chalk making, fashion wear workshops, games and sports,
talent exposure and many others.
 Sharing and visiting organisations in different parts of the country.
 Fundraising activities through Drama, music, performances, dancing
performances.
 To exchange ideas with talented people.
 To educate and sensitize the youth about the empowerment programmes.

BENEFICIARIES

(a) Primary – supporter : by advertising his products on the station and


events
organized under the project regionally.
Selling products in the organized events.
(b) Secondary – Born Talented
The raising stars
Government and the whole country at large.

STATEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY PROBLEMS

Born Talented has a major population of talents people whore are


unemployed and are total organs, this will bring about togetherness and
cooperation thus creating income generating activities / firms.

WORK PLAN

The group will implement its programmes of one year in phases.

Phase One: Calling talented people to come and show their talents on TV
programme.

Phase Two: showing footage of their work.

Phase Three: Linking them to their role models.

Phase Four: Visiting their areas

Phase Five: Monitoring and evaluation.


Phase Six: Making reports.

BORN TALENTED

INTRODUCTION
Born talented is a program drafted with an aim of promoting, raising for example
(artists, producers, musicians, acrobatics, song writes) etc
As Mathew 12:1 states “ God helps those who help themselves, we shall help only those
who are focused and have started a journey towards developing their talents i.e
(i) It comedians we shall focus on those already doing comedy but lack supportive
platforms.
(ii) If musicians they should have some quality videos.

We shall therefore cater for those who meet the standards and quality of the show.
The duration of the program is 1 ½ which shall be spent as reffered in the draft below:

The program is segmentented as follows: -


1.Studio interaction with a born talented person.
2. Party as you save:-
In this segments we shall teach people who to party while saving i.e some people
render reasons why they don’t go for outing.Some say that can’t find places with tight
security for their vehicles.
High expenses of foods etc
We shall spot out a place next to concert / party venues where they can ensure all this
at cheaper prices.
NB.In this segement places we visit shall pay for this segment to be hosted their

How the show will benefit the stations


 We will host regional /area celebrities who rock it in their home towns/ regions
which will be a sort of marketing for the station.
 Party as you save segment will raise money in away that places will host the
segment from will pay for the service.

Logo’s trademarks and the project has not been sold to the media house.
