New Opportunities for Solo Travelers on Norwegian Cruise Line

1,000 new cabins have been added throughout the Norwegian fleet to welcome aboard solo travelers

Miami, FL: As demand for accommodations continues to grow for solo travelers, Norwegian Cruise
Lines is proud to announce the addition of over 1,000 new cabins designed specifically for travelers
coming on board alone. This will greatly impact the options currently available to these customers, and it
is the perfect opportunity to book a relaxing getaway!

For cruises departing Jan. 2, 2024 and later, guests will be able to choose from an array of room types to
best suit their needs. The new stateroom categories include Solo Inside, Solo Oceanview and Solo
Balcony, options that are sure to please everyone. Availability and pricing for these cabins will depend on
the booking dates and locations for the ships these rooms are available on. On a week-long cruise from
Seattle to Alaska on April 6, 2024, Solo Balcony room pricing starts at $1,799 for one guest, ensuring that
no customer will have to pay the price of another ticket just to take advantage of the cruise.

These new staterooms are a part of Norwegian’s development mission to diversify their ships and have
more offerings available for all types of customers. David J. Herrera, Norwegian Cruise Line’s president,
stated that “We strive to provide our guests with diverse offerings to create their dream vacation. Since we
first launched our solo staterooms in 2010 with Norwegian Epic, they have been quite popular with single
travelers.”

Norwegian Cruise Lines is proud to present these new cabins and is looking forward to hearing feedback
from customers that experience this new era in cruise ships. This is an exciting time for all travelers and
for the growth of all cruise lines around the world.
