Tuition Quicky Pay, the name of the company was made because its service gives a
quick payment of tuition fees to students that are having a hard time paying it in banks or in
school. The business was made to help students and universities in Baguio City and its goal is for
the students and employees to avoid the virus.
Tuition Quicky Pay is a business that offers students the easiest way to pay their tuition
fees in this new normal world. The company will be coordinating with the universities and with
the banks in Baguio City for this service to go well and be successful. It uses a website where the
students will have an access to their balances and able to pay for it through their savings from
any banks then it will automatically be deducted from their accounts in school. This TQP is a
bridge between students and universities, and will give a great help for the students for them not
to be delayed in paying and will not let them go and experience long queue just to pay for their
tuition fees.
This is a new platform for the students to pay for their tuition fees. Because of the
difficulty of paying that caused by this pandemic, instead of going into banks or pay it online and
wait for 2-3 business days for it to be confirmed and be deducted to their accounts, it will now be
easier since this Tuition Quicky Pay gives remedy to this difficult system of paying.

The targeted customers will be the students from the chosen universities in Baguio City

sickness and doesn’t have the ability to pay it outside their house since there is this COVID19 we
are avoiding today.
Another targeted customers also include these three mentioned universities that will be
coordinating to the Tuition Quicky Pay. These are big universities in Baguio that needs support
with regards of tuition fee payment since they have a lot of students that needs an attention.
Since it will be stressful to the employees working inside the universities, it is best for them to
acquire for the help of this business that will make their jobs easier and lessen their physical
activities.
These targeted customers stand out from others since they are the only customers that
the service of the company will be provided and a customers who will surely acquire it. It is not
just a benefit to the business but has most benefit to busy and sick students who doesn’t have the

who are busy with other stuffs and doesn’t have other choice but to use this service.

People are using digital payment options to avoid contact and spread of infection through direct

will be the strategy that will be used since our business offers a service and its importance and
benefits for the student and university is on demand. The service will start its price as low as 5
pesos then when the time comes and the business needed to increase its charge then it will go
higher. It will not be affecting the quantity who will acquire the service since this service’s
significance is high too.
A combination of value and penetration will be providing the Tuition Quicky Pay
enough profit and will maintain its profitable pricing. These strategies will put in to the mind of
the customers that the price is right and affordable since the quality of the service suits the price.
It will be a strategy than can help the business decrease the risk by ensuring that the starting price
with a price that is not too high is more effective.

Distribution System

This business’s service will be made available through the use of website. It will be
accessible to students anytime, they will be signing up and accounts will be made for the
students that is a way for them to pay for their tuition fees. The service will also be available
over the counter in the office if some wants to do so.

Students will be persuaded by showing a presentation how the business’s service will be
beneficial to them especially to those busy ones. With the use of Facebook page, it will also be
shown there this method of tuition fee payment that anyone can visit and will be highlighted to
students who are in the three universities that were mentioned. And lastly, by the help of Bombo
Radio Baguio, it will make every individual not just the students but also the parents that there
will be a service like this that will make their life easier.
Tuition Quicky Pay’s estimated budget to promote the service will only cost about
10,000.00 pesos. Since it will only be using face-to-face, online conference and radio, it will not
cost the company a lot. This budget will be used specifically to the internet fee, employee’s fee,
broadcasting fee and the money that will be offered to this Bombo Radio.
