LETTER OF INVITATION FOR THE 2ND KEBBI STATE OPEN TAEKWONDO

CHAMPIONSHIP, FROM 7TH TO 9TH DECEMBER, 2023.

This is to inform you that Taekwondo Federation of Nigeria in collaboration with

Kebbi State Ministry of Youths and Sports , would be organizing the above named
championship scheduled for , Kebbi State.
2. In view of the above, I am directed to invite your State/Military &
Paramilitary/Club Teams to participate and compete in the championship which
would see the athlete's further preparation towards All African Games.

HEAD OF TEAM MEETING: The Head of Team Meeting shall be

conducted a day prior to the competition
that is 6th Dec. 2023 Drawing of lots
will take place each day following the
completion of general weigh-in , Draw
will be published on the board within
some hours after weigh-in.

WEIGH – IN : - General Weigh-in of the contestants

shall take place on the day before Their
respective weigh –in category. - Random
weigh –in of the constantans shall take
place in the morning on the competition
day.

COACH ELIGIBILITY - Minimum age of 18 years

REQUIREMENTS: - - Holder of any NTF coaching
certification
- Coach is not allowed to wear Dubok,
slippers or sandals, face cap while
seconding on the mat

INDEMNITIES: - The Nigeria Taekwondo Federation shall

be responsible for the security of the
athletes and officials during the
competitions.

CHANGE OF WEGHT - N2000 for each change of medal event

CATEGORY: made on-site after deadline.

PROTEST FEE: - In case of an official protest, a non-

refundable of N20, 000 shall be paid.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT: - Daedo International Gen2, with

electronic Headgear will be provided.
