Research Instruments

The research instrument is an adapted questionnaire in the form of a checklist created


by Bhing Saldriega. The questionnaire consists of two parts namely Part l: Respondents Profile
and Part ll: Questionnaire proper regarding to Level of Preparedness Towards Work Immersion
of Technical Vocational Livelihood Grade 12 Senior High School Students of Trece Martires City
Senior High School.

Part l will take data about the respondent’s age, sex, and section. Part ll Answered by
the respondents. We used like scale method in questionnaire to specify the level of the
respondents to the statements.

The survey questionnaire will be accomplished by the respondent’s rating in the given
statements using the scale; 4= Strongly Agree 3= Agree 2= Neutral 1= Disagree.
