Job Summary
Strategic Duties:
Supervise the guest service agent and bell staff, responsible for their good appearance.
Supervise and participate in all activities related to the process of the rooming hotel guests.
Ensure that all guests received a courteous welcome upon check-in.
Ensure proper shift hand over revising the shift duties list completed efficiently.
Check all the registration cards before filling.
Technical Duties:
Be sure that all the guests receive courtesy and welcoming upon arrival.
Supervise and coordinate assignment with concerned front office sections.
Ensure that billing instruction is accurate and clear.
Proper handling O.O.O rooms with engineering and housekeeping.
Prepare and submit all the reports requested by the front office manager.
Act as a sales person in order to maximize the room's revenue.
Establish and maintain effective employee's relations.
Ensure proper key control.
Ensure proper handling of guest mail, message and parcels.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor’s degree.
