– Giữa Hiện tại Hoàn thành (HTHT) và Quá khứ Đơn (QKĐ) chỉ có duy nhất một
điểm có thể gây nhầm lẫn chính là:

Cùng có một chức năng là nói về một việc đã xảy ra trong quá khứ.

– Nhưng chức năng này giữa 2 thì cũng có khác biệt:

+ QKĐ: thường phải có thời gian sự việc xảy ra

+ HTHT: không có thời gian sự việc xảy ra (do không biết/ không muốn nhắc tới/
thấy không quan trọng/…)

Chia các động từ trong ngoặc theo thì Hiện tại Hoàn thành hoặc Quá khứ Đơn:
