PET PLASTIC BOTTLE SUPPLY AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on __________________ by and between:

Zoda Ltd
Address: Ndera, Gasabo, Mulindi

(Hereinafter referred to as Zoda Ltd")

And

Master Beauty Products Ltd

Address: Gasabo, Rwanda Kigali

(Hereinafter referred to as "Master Beauty")

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Whereas, Zoda Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of PET plastic bottles, and Master Beauty
is in the business of manufacturing beauty products and household detergents.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as
follows:

1. Supply of PET Plastic Bottles

1.1 Zoda Ltd agrees to supply PET plastic bottles to Master Beauty on a weekly basis, commencing from
_______________ until ______________

1.2 The quantity of PET plastic bottles to be supplied each week shall be as mutually agreed upon by
both Parties in writing.

2. Location of Zoda Ltd.’s Machines

2.1 Zoda Ltd shall install and operate its manufacturing machines at the premises of Master Beauty
located at Rwanda, Kigali, Gasabo

2.2 Zoda Ltd shall exclusively produce PET plastic bottles for Master Beauty during the Term of this
Agreement.

3. Bottle Design

3.1 Zoda Ltd agrees to produce PET plastic bottles based on the exact design specifications provided by
Master Beauty. Any changes or modifications to the design must be mutually agreed upon in writing by
both Parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 The pricing for the PET plastic bottles shall be as specified in the pricing schedule attached on the
quotation/proforma invoice and agreed upon by both parties. Prices may vary depending upon the local
foreign exchange fluctuation, transportation price fluctuation, raw material price variation etc…

4.2 Master Beauty shall make payment for the PET plastic bottles upon delivery.

5. Quality Control

5.1 Zoda Ltd shall maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that the PET plastic bottles meet
the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both Parties agree to keep all information and data exchanged during the course of this Agreement
confidential.

7. Termination

7.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other Party in the event of a
material breach of any provision herein by the other Party.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject
matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions,
whether oral or written.

In conclusion, the parties agree to partner up and work together for a long standing sustainable
business. the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
