I read your email which is why I am replying to your complaint about employee privileges. I
would like to assure you that I will take a serious action towards Stacy’s work behavior. I was
not informed of this nor was it known to me that Stacy was doing this, which is unfair to the
employees who work hard for a full time week at their jobs.
It is true that Stacy has been granted a maternity leave when she truly needed it but it looks like
she has been using this excuse for a long time due to what you said on the email. As well as
taking days off without confirming with the manager is unacceptable too. I would like to assure
you that me and the team of this department will be looking further into this situation about
Stacy and will decide her fate as an employee of this company as soon as possible.
I heavily assure you that our company prioritizes having a fair, equal and safe environment for
workplace to all the employees in terms of the privileges in this job. Now I have my full
attention on this situation and I will work on dealing with it by fairness and equality between our
employees.
