Project Type: Implementation/Rollout of SAP ECC solution with integration to hybris commerce and SAP CRM.

Description: This is a leading retail brand which manages its online & offline sales via E-Commerce platform-
Hybris and SAP as a backend system. Initially, I was a leading consultant within master data (Business partner,
Customer master & Article master) team for more than 2 years and was responsible for functional implementation
of Master Data Management solution. After the introduction of GDPR laws an opportunity presented wherein I
transitioned towards implementation of SAP Information Lifecycle Management Solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for functional implementation and testing of SAP Information Lifecycle Management framework
which
included: -

● Implementation of SAP ILM from scratch in SAP ECC system to comply with GDPR rules.
● Having led the ILM team, taking business requirements and converting them to the functional & technical
