educational management.

Despite recent advancements like ChatGPT,


there is a lack of systematic reviews on its
impact on education. This paper aims to fill this
gap by analyzing the current use of ChatGPT in
higher education in Albania. The focus will be
on exploring the state of scientific research,
benefits, challenges of implementation, and
future trends in the field. To gather
comprehensive insights, an online questionnaire
will be distributed and the collected data will be
meticulously analyzed to contribute valuable
information to the discourse on ChatGPT's role
in education.

ChatGPT model, in reshaping higher education.
Beginning with an introduction to machine learning
and neural networks, it emphasizes ChatGPT's
significance in simulating human conversation,

OpenAI, ChatGPT leverages deep learning and
natural language processing to handle complex
tasks, making it a cutting-edge tool in education.

The analysis delves into various dimensions,


including the integration of ChatGPT with
traditional teaching methodologies, its role in
creating educational materials, and the
development of virtual assistants for individualized
learning experiences. The article addresses ethical

METODOLOGJIA
This study investigates the impact of ChatGPT in
higher education in Albania, utilizing a developed
online questionnaire to gather responses from 311
randomly selected students. Employing a
quantitative methodology, the findings suggest a
positive influence of ChatGPT on the teaching-
learning process. Successful implementation,
however, relies on teachers' familiarity with the
tool. The study explores advantages and challenges,
comparing ChatGPT with traditional teaching
methods, conducting experiments on creating

teaching materials, and assessing progress in using


ChatGPT to develop virtual assistants.

The research methodology relies on quantitative


methods, utilizing practical, numerical, and
comparative data gathered through the online
questionnaire. The high internal consistency
coefficient (alpha coefficient of 0.83) indicates a
strong reliability of the collected responses.
Participants include students from both bachelor's
and master's programs, encompassing various
universities, both public and private, in Albania.
These findings establish a robust foundation for
future research and decision-making regarding
ChatGPT's integration in education, providing
insights into its potential benefits and challenges.
