Overview

The purpose of this proposal is to outline the steps involved in the implementation of a multi-
agent. Zendesk Team plan does not include chatbots, which are only available in the
Professional and Enterprise plans. Other plans are expensive, so I chose Intercom's Basic plan,
which is $39 per month for up to 2 agents:

 Choose a chatbot platform. There are many different chatbot platforms available, so it is
important to choose one that is right for your needs. Some factors to consider include the
platform's features, pricing, and ease of use. I chose Intercom.io for best services in decent
pricing.

 Create a chatbot flow. This includes defining the different types of conversations that the
chatbot will be able to handle, as well as the different responses that the chatbot will be
able to provide. I will set up various flows for various queries.

 Train the chatbot. I will train the bot according to your business requirements.

 Deploy the chatbot. Once the chatbot is trained, it can be deployed to as a Web Widget.
This involves creating an Intercom API/webhook and integrating the chatbot with your
Website through a plugin.

Intercom includes the following features:

Chatbots: Intercom's chatbots are powered by GPT-3, so they can answer customer questions
in a natural and engaging way. They can also be used to collect feedback from customers and
promote your products or services.

Live chat: Intercom's live chat feature allows you to chat with customers in real time. This is a
great way to provide quick and personalized support.

Inbox: Intercom's Inbox is a central place where you can view all of your customer
conversations. This makes it easy to keep track of conversations and collaborate with other
agents.

Visitor tracking: Intercom's visitor tracking feature allows you to see how customers are
interacting with your website. This information can help you improve your website and make it
easier for customers to find what they are looking for.

Reporting: Intercom's reporting feature allows you to track your customer interactions and see
how your customer support is performing. This information can help you improve your
customer support process.
