meet the demand for accommodations, leaving visitors with no other
options for a comfortable lodging experience.

STATEMENT 2.

cater to the development thrusts of the city, especially for the
tourism of the southern mainland area.
PROBLEM

The tourism industry in Barangay Pagkilatan remains
underdeveloped, primarily due to inadequate expenditure and lack
of infrastructure development.

To provide an exceptional and comfortable accommodation experience
for both locals and tourists visiting Brgy. Pagkilatan and its various
tourist destinations.

PROJECT 2.
To produce a world-class five-star hotel that will propel Batangas
City into a distinction in tourism that will attract possible investors
OBJECTIVES while decentralizing urban development in the city.

To improve the tourism industry of Brgy. Pagkilatan by providing a
new hotel development that offers immersive tourism experience,
exceptional hospitality, and accommodation.
