focused dialogue targeting new business opportunities
and navigating the current challenges of the energy
market.

Two days of keynote speeches and dialogues targeting the

A very important part of this event is the B2B section. We wish

not only to bring together the active parties of the renewable
energy sector but also to facilitate the collaboration between
parties.

This section will be coordinated by our team of consultants and

assisted by our official legal partner.

All attendees will be registered to our event platform where

they will have easy access to the list of participant, where they
can exchange contact data and set up meetings.

Meeting rooms will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days

and will be scheduled in the event app.

Sponsors will have their private meeting rooms at their disposal

at any time and can request free legal assistance during the
conference.
RTB & EPC MARKET

A part of our B2B section addressing the solar industry is our

virtual RTB market. Project teasers submitted by participating
developers will be downloadable from our platform for
investors prior to the event. Investors will have time to evaluate
the projects and pre-book meetings with the project owners.

Another important part of our event is the EPC Market & EXPO.
On our online platform suppliers and EPC companies will have
their own section where we will upload their presentation/
portfolio for investors/ owners to access. We will also offer
exposition space in the networking area of the event where
they can display their products. Presentations for new
technology can be prescheduled.
TOPICS
Day 1 - International projects and the grid
Representatives of Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian and
Moldavian government and grid administrators alongside
private entities will be discussing the following subjects:
State of affairs (extending the grid, communication & cyber-
security, supply chain);
International collaboration: connecting to international
lines, technical and legal aspects;
Cross border collaboration, energy export, PPA-s, tenders,
trading platforms.

Day 2- Good practices and crossing borders

International company representatives with long years of
practice alongside representatives of the four markets
(Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Moldova), will be discussing
the following subjects:
Good practices in light of European framework and
extensive experience;
Innovative projects: multidisciplinary collaborations;
Projects crossing borders: international collaboration for
flagship projects.
CONFERENCE SECTION
The conference will have 3 panels, 1 keynote speech and 1
special interview each day,
