    Dear Sir,

    My name is Fareed Khan resident of Karachi Pakistan. Please note that since one and half month my Wife Dr. Yasmeen
    Fareed (who is a heart Patient and have had Angioplasty once) getting calls from different nos. messages and voice
    Messages in which they are doing character assassination with life threatening of my Wife.

    I know and confirmed that all these things is happening from my parents and my relatives. I used to live with them
    however shifted and moved on rent house 2.5 yrs Back. The reason besides all these threats i feel that I am become
    HandyCap Few months back (Cant work from left hand) and I have asked my right in the home I used to live with my
    Parents. I asked only that amount which I spent to renovation of my portion and the amount i gave to my brother gave few
    years back to return so at least the problem me and my family is facing can resolve a bit.

    In return of these demands, first they start to call m but when they feel nothing can happened then they started to my wife
    who is Blood Pressure and Heart Patient (I can send the latest ECHO report of her in which her heart two valves fill with
    water). The messages and voice notes contain so filthy words that as a man I can not even Listen. One of them I am
    attaching for your record. This girl use to be our neighbor when we were living with my parents.

    The reason of sending you message to please guide me that which department will handle this case bcz when ever any
    call or message came my wife health got prob and I feel my family life is not safe and need protection. Please help us

    Your favorable and earliest response on above would be very much appreciated as I feel my family is not safe specially
    my wife.
